Already running a membership?

We saw a bunch of folks join our Build A Beloved Membership cohort over the weekend — it's so exciting! This is going to be such a fun month building together.

Most of what I sent about the cohort was intended for people considering starting a membership. But this one is for those who already have one.

A lot of memberships go like this (maybe this sounds like you):

The launch goes well, the energy is high, and then around month four or five, it gets quiet. The new members aren't new anymore. You are scrambling to make something fresh every week. You are watching your renewal numbers a little too closely, and a little too often.

On Day 3, I said something that landed harder than I expected. The biggest fear people have about memberships isn't the launch; it's some version of, "Will I have enough to keep this worth paying for six months from now?"

Maybe you're actually living inside that moment right now.
